Pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431.02, Ball Charter Schools hereby states that all notices of meetings of the Governing Boards of Ball Charter Schools (Dobson, Hearn, and Val Vista) will be posted in front of each school and on our website (see below for links to current or most recent agendas and minutes) The links to upcoming meetings are linked on the dates above. You may also request more information about our public meetings by emailing ComplianceandGoverningBoard@ballcharterschools.org
The Board reserves the right to change the order of items on the agenda with the exception of public hearings set for a specific time. Information regarding agenda items may be requested 24 hours in advance and/or reviewed at the Office of the Governing Boards. The Boards may vote to go into executive session, which will not be open to the public for certain items listed on the agenda, pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431.03. However, all Board decisions will be made in a public meeting.
