Happy Independence Day!

As we prepare to celebrate Independence Day on July 4th, our school community proudly joins Americans across the nation in recognizing this important moment in our country’s history. Independence Day commemorates the adoption of the Declaration of Independence in 1776, a bold and visionary statement of freedom and democracy that continues to shape our lives today.

This holiday is a time for reflection and gratitude—honoring the courage of those who fought for our nation's founding ideals and recognizing the responsibilities we share in preserving those values for future generations. It’s also a time to celebrate community, family, and the many freedoms we enjoy as part of a diverse and democratic society.

At our schools, we believe in nurturing not only academic growth but also civic understanding and respect for the history that unites us. As students, families, and staff enjoy fireworks, parades, and patriotic festivities, we encourage everyone to take a moment to reflect on what it means to be part of a nation founded on liberty, equality, and opportunity.

From all of us at Ball Charter Schools, we wish you a safe, joyful, and meaningful Independence Day. Happy 4th of July!
